What if I want to update/change my video after the final delivery?
We understand and even wish that your product/service grows with the time. So, certainly you might want to update your video. You can send us the changes/updates you require and depending on the work involve we will share a discounted price with you. Typically it is 50% of the original budget.
Can I provide my own script/vo?
Of-course yes. If you have the script/vo, we can even provide you some discount on the original pricing.
I have an existing video. Can you edit that?
If you have the source fie, we can definitely change any video. But, if you just have the video, then the changes will be limited to the “Texts” inside the video
What are the payment terms?
We follow a simple rule of 40-60. You pay 40% in advance and 60% after the final delivery.
At what stage I have to release the final payment?
When we deliver the video, we deliver it with a watermark. As soon as you release the final payment, we will send the updated video without any watermark.
What are the mediums to provide the feedback?
Although we are available on phone/skype and other communication platforms. But for feedback it is important to have written records. So, if you share the feedback on phone etc. we will email you the feedback summary (mostly in bullet points) and after your approval we will move forward. You can also email us directly your comments/changes or any other feedback. Please make sure that you cover all the points in a single email. As sending multiple emails create confusions.
What about Refunds?
If you are not satisfied with our final delivery. We will refund you in full. No questions asked.
Will I get a single point of contact?
We have dedicated project managers who are hired specifically for this. Once the project is started, we will connect with a project manager, who will act as a bridge between you and the production department.
Are there any hidden or additional costs?
No. Once the project cost is finalized, there will be no hidden costs/charges.
What if I need the source files?
You can get the source files of the project that falls under Whiteboard Advanced or Animated Advanced, by paying for it . For Whiteboard Basic and Animated basic packages, there is no source files as such.
